It has been great to welcome a few brand new members in recent weeks. It’s a great time to get back to the gym and move forward from the pain everyone has endured towards the light at the end of the tunnel.
We are back open, operating within current COVID-19 limitations. But we’re not letting those hold us or our members back – it’s time to get moving.
As we move through Spring and into Summer, many people have a renewed focus on their physical and mental health. We’re here to help as many people as we can.

We offer a full range of training choices – guaranteeing you can find the answer to your fitness needs. Maybe you’d prefer a training program with up to three friends. We work with you to find you the most appropriate way to remain motivated, focused and healthy.

We always maintain a timetable of Group Classes and now is not much different. We are required at the moment to hold our larger classes outdoors, but that’s okay and opens up new opportunities to change things up.
Our smaller classes can be held indoors and these are being well supported at the moment. If you’d like to explore any of these opportunities, please email me or give me a call and we can discuss what vacancies we have and how you can get involved.
