Our range of group training classes provides a variety of opportunities to exercise with others and receive cost-effective expert advice.

Whether it’s through our personal training, group classes, general memberships or our affiliations with Allied Health Professionals – we strive to give you the knowledge and guidance you need to achieve your specific goal.

Our state of the art facility is located in the centre of Camperdown, where all your training needs can be met.

You can train in private, out on the main floor, within our smaller rooms or even outdoors – the choice is yours. We’re committed to providing an environment you’re comfortable in and where you can actively maintain your health and wellbeing.
