New in Term 4: Health Trackers and Yoga

A new Health Trackers program has been added to the Nick Hose Fitness timetable for Term Four to help more people become a healthier, happier version of themselves.

Gym owner and personal trainer, Nick Hose said Yoga classes had also been added to the timetable, along with additional Spin, Boot Camp and Ladies Only Circuit classes.

“We’re really pleased that we are able to continue to grow the number of group classes and programs we have on offer,” he said.

“The Health Trackers program will deliver a personalised and confidential service to help men and women achieve improved health and feel better about themselves.

Nick said he understood that gym workouts and intensive exercise wasn’t for everyone.

“Health Trackers doesn’t involve any physical activity – it’s about providing the framework for people to weigh-in, meet with personal trainer Hanna Fleming and ask questions that will help and support them to achieve their own personal goals,” he said.

“The program tracks people’s exercise output and diet intake – and includes a weekly catch up to help them keep track of their progress. It’s designed to provide men and women with the support and motivation they need to help them on their journey to become healthier and happier.”

Nick said he was excited that Denise Moloney would also begin yoga classes in Term Four.

“Yoga is great for people’s health and promotes good physical, emotional and mental wellbeing through a range of techniques including postures and movement, breathing exercises, relaxation, concentration and even meditation,” he said.

“Rachel Moloney delivered Pilates in Term Three which was popular, but we won’t have it in Term Four because Rachel is having a baby. So it’s great that Denise will be taking Yoga classes for us, which I also expect to be very popular.”

Nick said the demand for Spin classes had already seen the purchase of additional bikes and Term Four would see an extra class added as well.

“We’ve also added another Ladies Only Circuit, which was full in Term Three, and we’ve added another Boot Camp with Aaron Davis on Wednesday evenings – in addition to the existing session he runs on Saturday mornings.
