From this Friday, a range of muscle therapy services will be available by appointment at Nick Hose Fitness in Camperdown.

Azwun Body owner Judy Curtis will be taking weekly Friday appointments and will deliver her services from a private consulting room within Nick Hose Fitness.

Owner Nick Hose said Azwun Body services included relaxation massage, remedial massage, Emmett technique, myofascial cupping and more.

“This new partnership with Azwun Body is another exciting step for us because it continues to build on our commitment to holistic health and wellbeing services,” he said.

“It is very important for people who train hard and who enjoy working out to keep their muscles in optimal condition. If you train with muscle tightness, you can do real damage.

“But these new services are available to everyone – not just our gym users, after all we all enjoy a relaxation massage from time to time to restore our mental state.”

Ms Curtis said she was looking forward to delivering her services in Camperdown and working with community members to meet their specific needs.

“I use a wide variety of techniques to ease pain, reduce stress, loosen muscles and improve balance,” she said.

“I work with everyone from elite athletes to children and pregnant women with tight tummies and cramping – everyone can benefit from muscle therapy.

“Some of my techniques also assist with the management of chronic disease symptoms such as multiple sclerosis and I often work with people who have been injured in accidents to help relieve pain and restore mobility.”
